By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. SERVICES

StrongForme provides in-person semi-private Pilates and strength training sessions at our studio.

All services are subject to availability. Booking confirms your spot but does not guarantee a specific instructor.

2. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through our booking platform.

Class packs, memberships, and intro bundles are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are non-transferable.

3. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Group classes require 12-hour advance cancellation. Private and duet sessions require 24-hour advance cancellation. Late cancels and no-shows are subject to fees or credit forfeiture as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Class pack credits expire 6 months from date of purchase. Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel.

4. HEALTH & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Participation in Pilates and strength training carries an inherent risk of physical injury. By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a medical professional if applicable.

You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before class begins. StrongForme is not engaged in diagnosing or treating medical conditions.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and social channels — including images, text, programming, and brand materials — is the property of StrongForme and protected by copyright law.

You may share our content with clear credit and a link to our site. You may not reproduce, sell, or claim our work as your own.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our website or booking platform may link to or integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

StrongForme is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website, or from participation in our classes beyond what is covered by our signed liability waiver.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County.
