StrongForme is a boutique pilates & strength studio built on one belief— strength and control are not opposing forces, they are the same thing. Strength builds muscle. Pilates teaches you how to use it. Together, they’re built for how you want to feel at 80.

Our name reflects our philosophy: a blend of masculine and feminine energies, of precision and intuition, of power and grace.

We exist to serve the people who are ready to train smarter. In a class where instructors know their name, limitations and goals. A space where they feel challenged and known.

From mat Pilates and small group reformer classes to functional strength training with a personal trainer, every session is designed to prioritize proper form, cultivate confidence, and build strength for life outside our 4 walls.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Lucy Ragnow

I moved back from Minnesota after seven years and couldn't find what I'd left behind. Semi-private classes. Instructors who knew my name. Pilates taught the way it's supposed to be — rooted in principles, not just choreography. Strength training with attention to form & progression.

So I built it.

With 500+ hours of STOTT Pilates training across all apparatuses, a pre/postnatal certification, and a foundation in functional anatomy, I designed StrongForme around one thing: teaching you how your body is supposed to move and why.

As a former gymnast and mom of two, Pilates and strength training gave me something I didn't know I needed. A way to feel strong in my body again. Not smaller. Not fixed. Strong. For life both inside and outside the studio.

Since becoming an instructor in 2021, I've worked with athletes, mothers, and beginners. One goal every time: help you feel strong for YOU. These 50 minutes are designed so you leave here capable of everything else.
