Reformer
A 50min semi-private reformer class open to all fitness levels (with no major injuries). With only 8 reformers in-studio, this class offers personalized attention & focused programming for a full body resistance workout that will enhance mobility, strength, and posture. All instructors are certified to offer progressions and modifications to meet your needs.

Mat Pilates
A 50min mat pilates class open to all fitness levels (with no major injuries). Rooted in pilates principles of proper alignment and core control, featuring optional props to enhance your workout. Up to 12 in the room, expect attention to detail and movement quality as you move through all major muscle groups and movements of the spine. Heated & non-heated classes offered.

Strength
A 50min semi-private strength class open to all fitness levels (with no major injuries). Expect an expertly tailored workout by a certified personal trainer for a full body circuit. With a small group of up to 8, expect personalized attention to proper form and weight, so that you are training efficiently and effectively.
